The manufacturing process includes grey fabric weaving, acid leaching, water washing, heat treatment, back treatment, and other steps. In the 015 high silica glass fiber cloth prepared by this process, the silica content is more than 96%. The high-silica glass fiber cloth has a smooth appearance and uniform color, which is better suitable for various post-processing manufacturing processes. In addition, the high-silica glass fiber cloth has excellent high-temperature resistance and good ablation performance and can be used at temperatures below 1100°C for a long time. It is widely used in the manufacture of thermal protection components for precision instruments, ablation materials, and thermal insulation materials.
