Highlight: | Lightweight Heat Treated Fibreglass Cloth,Woven Heat Treated Fibreglass Cloth |
This 0.8mm fiberglass cloth is made of fiberglass fabric and woven in a satin weave. It has superior performance when it comes to medium to heavy welding sparks, due to its light weight and heat-treated satin fire blanket.
The fabric has a hairless texture that prevents skin irritation, as well as excellent electrical insulation properties, corrosion-resistance, and a high temperature resistance. It can withstand temperatures of up to 550 degrees Celsius.
Due to these properties, 0.8mm fiberglass cloth is widely used in various industries such as shipyards, ship repairs, oil and gas, petrochemical and metal construction. It is also used as a base material for coating.
It has excellent electrical insulation, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and good resin impregnation.
This material boasts superior electric insulation, meaning that it is able to offer protection against potentially disruptive electrical discharges. Additionally, its level of corrosion resistance is quite impressive, allowing the material to thrive in even the harshest of environments. Furthermore, it is highly resistant to high temperatures, making it perfect for situations where durability is essential. Moreover, it can hold a steady impregnation of resin - a critical component of numerous products.

Heat Treated Fiberglass cloth is a finely woven, mid-weight, texturized fiberglass fabric that has been treated with heat. As it boasts a 9-micron-thick glass yarn, it provides not only an economical, but also an incredibly effective thermal and acoustic insulation material. This fabric has an impressive temperature resistance of 550C (1000F).
It is commonly applied in various existing fire control systems, including lagging, padding, removable jacket and welding blankets. In addition, this fabric is also utilized in the production of thermal insulation covers.
Packaging and Shipping for Heat Treated Fiberglass Fabric:
